I use office live regularly within my business so I decided to try this (new) workspace element. The first issues is that there is no way to customize the look and feel of your work space. Second and most irritating is the advertising. When you share a workspace in the left hand column, there is an offer to get your own work space. Bottom section there is an option to get shared view. I currently use another free service for my ''''workspace''''' it allows me to have the same functionality without the ads, plus there are templates for the look. And I can allow as many users as I like while managing the email and password(s) inhouse, instead of making the customer sign up. I hope these comments are not viewed as an offense but as a solution to the WorkSpace issues.
