Connection to server

Hello I am a moderator for the Spanish Community and I need some help with this question that was posted yesterday to the Spanish Community, Thanks in advance!

I signed to the page of workspace for the first time the browser asked me to download the file Owssupp.dll,  and now I can not enter the system. On each occasion that attempt to access, I get a message saying "The connection to the server is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later."

It is not the Internet connection is working normally and that this, this happens on a computer with Windows Vista and has installed the Office 2003. I made the attempt with a team of XP operating system and the same version of office and told exactly what happened in the first paragraph.

The odd thing is that I conducted another test on a computer with Win XP operating system and Office 2007, I did not have any problem to access my work area.

Any ideas on this.....

Thanks

Re: Connection to server

Hi, daddyx3!

This seems to have been an issue for a few users.  No answers seem to be forthcoming, as yet. Perhaps refer to support for help?

Check these threads:

https://officeliveworkspacecommunity.com/forums/p/508/1838.aspx

https://officeliveworkspacecommunity.com/forums/p/1191/3568.aspx

https://officeliveworkspacecommunity.com/forums/p/710/2813.aspx

In the last of these, user Lance posted:

"IE7 user
I was unable to to login to OfficeLive Workspace.  Accessing the site always returned "Connection to the server temp...".  Previously, I have added it as a one of Trusted Sites.  When I removed the site from Trusted Sites, I was able to access it again.  Strange."

Maybe this is one thing that could be checked.

Happy hunting!  .......... hope an answer comes out of this.
