I have had the same problem for over a week now.  And Live keeps sending me an email asking me why I have not signed up yet considering I'm one of the "few" who have been sent an invite.  I find it ironic that they keep asking me and yet they make the sign up process impossible.

Is anyone out there listening from Live?  Would you mind answering the question?

    I too have the same problem. I'm trying to login using USA_Sanjeev@yahoo.com. I tried three different email a/cs from three different PCs; still same problem

Sanjeev, You need to sign up first. Steps to follow -

1. Browse to http://www.officelive.com/
2. Click sign up.
3. Put your email address, and hit create. (for non Live - id)
4. Fill in all details & follow the directions on the page.

You should be able to complete signup. Let me know if you still see any issues.

I'm having same problems. I tried to sign up using existing live id and got same error message. Retry don't help.

I am getting the same error message but I am not even trying to sign up, I have signed up already and can access my profile.  The problem is when I try to redirect my existing domain.  There are 2 screens, the first one asks me to "confirm" and then it goes to the second page when it asks me to "complete my order" and by doing that it gives me the mentioned error message every time.  I have tried it many times for 2 days now.  Not sure what I am doing wrong.  My Live ID is: navid_noorbakhsh@hotmail.com

I am sorry you are having so much trouble.  I am unsure, from what you have written, if this is an issue with Office Live Workspace (this forum) or Office Live Small Business (web pages). If it is the latter, posting in that forum may get a more positive response. I have listed the links for that forum, email support for this forum and support for  OLSB. Someone may come in with a solution for you but in the mean time, try contacting support - they may have a solution.

Thank you very much for your quick response.  I tried it with another (new) LIVE account and fortunately I was able to redirect my domain and get it to work with no problems.  I still do not know why it was not working with the first account - that one was a very old Hotmail account of mine.

I too have a Windows ID and can not sign up for the Windows Live Workspace. I have used scsutke@hotmail.com for a very long time and should be able to sign up for this service.

I also cannot sign up. I have logged a fault with support using the links on the page and they replicated the problem after resetting the password on my Live ID but said that at the moment there is no solution. Great!
