I have same problem as you. I can view document in OLW, but when I click edit, Word is opened, but without any document. If I try to open document from Word, then I click 'Open from live space' > Sign in as ... > and then after about 15 seconds is opened windows where I can list documents only on my local computer .. as in the screenshot in previous post.
I have Add-in installed, I just remembered that there was some problem in first instalation, I think some update or what (sorry it is already some time) when I threw me an exception in console windows in OLConnector.exe somewhere in the windows folder.
BTW. my computer runs Windows Vista Bussiness 32bit, Office 2007
