In an ideal world, no user would still be on the waiting list. It does, however, serve a very important function: making sure that our service can scale and remain responsive as we grow our user base. Every service scales differently. We want to make sure that our users feel confident in trusting their documents with us.
We are accelerating our efforts to invite people that are on the waiting list and will, in the near future, remove the waiting list completely. The decision about who gets invited from the waiting list is made by an algorithm, not a person. We ask for your continued patience as we work towards reducing and then eliminating the waiting list altogether.
