Sending AutoUpdates

Is there away to send an update for a shared workspace when you have made changes to a document(s)? Seems if you are a sharing a workspace and the editor made a change the viewer should be notified can this be fixed?

Re: Sending AutoUpdates

Hi Factis,

We have received feedback from several users surrounding various notifications that they would like to see in the service.  While we can't promise a specific feature will appear in a future version, we are gathering feedback from users and using that data to help shape future service enhancements.  Thanks for the feedback.

Re: Sending AutoUpdates

An update when a change has been made in a workspace is a great idea -- though you wouldn't want to have it for every time the document is saved.

I'd vote for the earlier of when the user who made the change signs out (sending an alert to all who have shared privileges) or at some predetermined time (which ideally could be set for each user).

And the option for those notifications to be sent as SMS messages would help it to be removed from the clutter of my inbox, and assure I'd see it when it happens.
