Are the updates and new versions of OLW automatically applied to all workspaces, or do I need to do something to keep my OLW current with the new features?

Our policy is to make features available to all our users, irrespective of when they signed up.  As we roll out new Web based features, you should automatically have access to them.  From time to time, we also update our downloadable components.  When this happens, all users have the opportunity to upgrade those components as well.
