One of my collegues encounted a situation where his email address is not accepted even though it fits all of the criterias of a valid email.

 firstname.lastname@company.es

We get a pink error along with instructions on what is a valid email.  There was no typo, no space, etc.  What could possibly be the issue?

We're having the same problem as Paul.  My company's e-mail standard is firstname.lastname@us.company.com; the system is not accepting it for some people.  Others have no issue.  Is there a suggested solution?  Thanks!
