I have been using OLW for 1 week and so far this is a great application. One thing that would make OLW even better is more integration with Outlook. For example I have created a workspace for my family using the household template. Currently, I have the ability to send all of the information I entered in the household list on the workspace to Outlook as a sharepoint calendar but I think this would work better if I could send information in the other direction. I already had a family calendar created in Outlook and it would have been great if I could have just published the calendar to my workspace similar to how I can save a Word document to OLW while I am working in Word. Currently you have the option to publish a calendar to Office online and then you have to send an invite to the people I want to share it with. If I were given the option to publish my calendar to my workspace then all of the update functionality and subscriber functionality that is currently available for Internet calendars could be transferred to the workspace. This would allow myself and the other users of my workspace to easily have the calendar on the workspace updated to reflect any changes that we may make to the family Outlook calendar throughout the day and we would have access to these changes wherever we go instead of having to constanly open Outlook on our home computer.
