Will this feature "{ INCLUDETEXT "FileName" [Bookmark ] [Switches ] }" work in Workspace.

Question: What is the best practices for creating document in "Microsoft Office Live Workspace" using "Microsoft Office 2003" or "Microsoft Office 2007"?  If i don't want linked and embedded objects in documents but want to use INCLUDETEXT feature.
