Provide check boxes to the left of all applications and documents that are displayed in the "Share" menu in the "SharedViewOffice AddinBar" tool bar

Hi;

Scenario:

Once you create a session, you become the organizer, giving access to all the information to share in the Participants List.

To create a SharedView session

  1. Click on the "Work with me" in the  "SharedViewOffice AddinBar" tool bar
  2. Enter your "Windows Live ID" and your "password".
  3. You will view the following:
    "Creating a session" and "Entering Session" and then the  "SharedViewOffice AddinBar" tool bar expand to display the "Particpants Lists, Handouts, Share and Control.
  4. Click on the "Share" menu
    The Share menu displays list of all the documents that you intend sharing with the the Particpnts List(s). Now click on the Stop button and then click on the Start button.
  5. The following dialog apperas:

    "Do you want other people to see your application?"
    Warning: If you choose to share your application, participants will be able to see all open documents in this application. To avoid this, click Cancel.Ok or Cancel

Question

I don't want all the applications and documnets displayed in the Windows taskbar to appear under the Share menu. Therefore, if a check box is provided to the left of all application that is displayed in the shared list, I can enable or disable only certain or all application that I intend sharing with other participants in the SharedView during a given session. Because, I am the organizer and I control the sharing of my screen view during an active session.
