Summary

Provide sharing of Workspace between University and Affiliated University using Linked Parent/Child/Student relationship across geographical location

Scenario

Assume that there is one Parent Workspace "A" called Oxford University, and then there are child Workspaces "B", "C", "D", "E" in other Countries as different Universities, which are child Workspace affiliated to "A". Then you have "F", "G" and "H" child Workspaces as various discipline - Departments within the Institute - linked to the University. 

This will then be attributed as a Node hierarchy of Workspaces, which the Parent Workspace A can immediately communicate, without replicating information across geographical locations or within the country, as situation demands.

Now, if the Parent A - Oxford University, wants to communicate to other child Institutes like B, C, D, E, they can use the Linked Workspace facility - by displaying a Node Hierarchy, to immediate access and share particular Workspace for Board Meeting, Management Meetings, Informing up-coming Events, Sharing, Storing documents, Managing, Assigning Activities, Travel scheduling and Workshop, and organizing International events to other affiliated University, with up-to-date information,
