Warning: The Application hangs: Document in Workspace doesnot update automatically in Preview

Scenario

1. Open Microsoft Word document from Workspace for Editing
2. Include an Oranization Chart in the Microsoft Word document

Steps to reproduce

1. On the  View menu,  point to Toolbars,  and then click on the Customize command
2. In the Cusotmize dialog box, click on the Toolbars tab, and then select the Drawing and Organiztion Chart checkboxes.
3. Click the cursor in the Word document and then click the "Inser Diagram or Organization Chart" button in the Drawing Tool bar.
4. In the Diagram Gallery, click the Organization Chart and then click the OK button.
5. Type names in each boxes in the Organization Chart. and then click the Save command under the File mneu.
6. Now move to the Workspace to see the updated preview of the document.
7. Now delete the Organization Chart and save the document. Move to the Workspace to view the preview ogf the document.
   The document does not update.
8. Click the Close button in the Workspace Toolbar in the Preview Mode, and the Open the document in the Preview again. the document shows the updated information.

Important: Frequent updation hangs the Office Live Workspace displaying (Preparing document for viewing...............)
