I have a document that was shared with me from another account that has since been closed. There seems to be no way to get rid of this item in my account - anything I try to do returns an error message saying the document cannot be found. This is correct but how do I get rid of the link in my "Shared with me" list? Thanks in advance!

Hi Non Sequitur,

To remove your link to this deleted item you need to do the following:

• In the left navigation bar, click the "Shared With Me" header.
• You will now see a list of all of the items shared with you in the main pane.
• Put a tick in the box next to the link that you want to remove.
• Click the "Delete" button at the top.

Almost but not quite there yet - when I open the "Shared with me" header, I have a "Documents" link in the main pane along with a "Delete" icon above the pane. When I click on the "Documents" link to open it, a list of shared items appears but there is no longer a "Delete" icon above the pane. It seems to me this should be retained when the list of shared docs is presented. I suppose I could just delete the "Documents" link but this seems to defeat the idea of deleting a single item.
