Very Important: Provide an agreement before uploading files in Office Live WorkSpace

Scenario

Before you begin

Open Microsoft Windows Explorer and Microsoft Office Live Workspace (OLW) side-by-side.

Procedure

  1. Select a Workspace in the Microsoft Office LiveWorkspace
  2. To add multiple files to your workspace, click on the arrow to the right of the Add Document menu on the top of the Workspace
  3. Select Multiple Documents command.
"The What documents do you want to add?" dialog box appears.
  4. Using the Shift key or Ctrl Key, select multiple files from the Windows Explorer, and then drag-and-drop the selected files inside the "Drag and drop documents here to upload them, or click Browse for documents" area in the "The What documents do you want to add?" dialog box.
  5. Click on the Upload button to load the selected files in to the workspace

Question

How to ensure that the user of Microsoft Office Live Workspace has some agreement with Microsoft before uploading file. This is very important from long time perspective. This is just a one time process of acceptance, to keep away with documents which harmful in any way. The agreement can have options smilar to the Software Setup agreemnt like.

  • I accept the Microsoft Office Live agreement
  • I do not accept the Microsoft Office Live agreement

So that Microsoft doesnot involve in any litigation on stored, managed and shared documents that are sent across to other editors or reviewers, if documents support other international languages in future.
