Scenario
When you log in to the Microsoft Office Live Workspace, you donot know how much of Workspace has been be used. Therefore, if the the Workspace Usage tool is displyed along with the message - For example, "you have used 25% of 500mb", which would be recommended.
Note: Based on the available space, you can prioritize what document to store.
