Critical: "No exception thrown", when document for editing is still open on the desktop, and the OLW is signed out.

Before you begin

  1. Login to Microsoft Office Live Workspace
  2. Click on the Workspace on the left pane, to view the list of all the documents.

Scenario

Once you click on the Workspace, all the document are listed. Imagine that I have clicked a Microsoft Excel document to view in the preview mode. Then I clicked the Edit icon on the Menu. Now this document is opened  in Microsoft Excel.

Question:

  • When I vew the document in excel, I do not know wheter it is a document accessed from Office Live Workspace
  • From which Workspace the document has been accessed.
  • If I click on other workspace in Office Live Workspace, after the Microsoft Excel is opened, it is difficult to know from which workspace did I open this document

Note: If I close the Microsoft Office Live Workspace, there is no message that displays the document contaning in Office Live Workspace is still open. Please close the document before quiting the application.
