Before you begin

Login to Microsoft Office Live Workspace

Click on the "To do Workspace" on the left pane, to view the following documents:

Announcement Board
-
Emergency Contact List
-
Grocery List
-
House Event List
-
Household To-do List
-
Click on the Grocery List document to view in the read-only version of the document.

Click on the "Edit" icon to edit the Grocery List.
Scenario
Click on the right arrow of the Item column and select Yes/No, A check box appears. Now click on "Single Line Text", the content in the cell displays as flase. Now click Yes/No again, the following error appears:
Some of the data in this column will be lost if you convert this column to another data type. Do you still want to convert this column to another data type? Click either Yes or NO.
Question:
Why this dialog appears? Since the text in the column is converted from Yes/No to Single Line Text and back to Yes/No again.
Note: You won't have problem when you select Date first and then Yes/No. The dialog box appears only when Yes/No is selected first.
