Before you begin

Login to Microsoft Office Live Workspace

Click on the "To do Workspace" on the left pane, to view the following documents:

Announcement Board
-
Emergency Contact List
-
Grocery List
-
House Event List
-
Household To-do List
-
Click on the Grocery List document to view in the read-only version of the document.

Click on the "Edit" icon to edit the Grocery List.
Scenario
Imagine that there are many columns, and you want to view few columns in the table, it is difficult to use the horizontal scrolling to the right and left frequently.
Suggestion
Provide Create View definition - Customized view definition, so that each user can have his own view defined and can include data quickly.
