I have a friend in TX who is starting a new Internet business.  We have customers around the globe and across the nation. We shared scheduling documents for events that were updated by our team.  We placed documents in development in our shared workspace and we were able to edit and share the original and amended documents over the internet.  The sharing activity was immediately available with out delays.

I also have some students I am teaching on other activities and the lessons are posted in another sharing folder for that group.

I am able to easily open files for each group without accessing multiple folders online.
