Important: Provide selection of more than one item in the Workspace for sharing with the Editors or Reviewers, without opening each document in preview mode, and then selecting the "Share Document" Item in the "Share" list..

Before you begin

  1. Login to Microsoft Office Live Workspace
  2. Click on the Workspace on the left pane, to view the list of all the documents.

Scenario

Under the New, Add Document, Delete, Move and Share menu, the following column heading are displayed:

  1. Check box(icon)
  2. Page (icon)
  3. Name
  4. Shared (icon)
  5. Modified
  6. Modified by size (KB)

Note: When you click on the Shared list only Share Screen item is displayed. The Shared Document item is disabled.

Important: Imagine that you have 10 files in the Workspace called Documents.

Question

  • Why there is no facility to share more than one document in the Workspace list?
  • Why the Share list does not display Share Document item when more than one document is selected?

Suggestion

It will useful if the user can select more than one check boxes to the left of each document, before sending the invitation to  share  the documents to te Reviewers and Viewers at one time
