Thank you for your update. I've got a network trace from original poster and it looks like his problem is not specifically perf related issue but something wrong with his subscription which results in functionality error. This error may manifest itself as very slow loading of the page and I believe that is what he has seen. Our team is working understanding the problem, we glad that we got it reported.
Meanwhile if you see slow perf for OLW product please report it here. More complaints we get more likely we are going to fix perf issues :o) OLW team will really appreciate if you can be very specific in describing your problem and if you are willing to follow up on those providing network traces it would be the best.
