Is there any way to share more than one document at a time with other people?

 2) You want to share DocA with some friends and DocB with a different set of people. The way to go about this one is either you follow the same procedure as before (a workspace per document which is not very elegant); or you upload your document to the pre-existing Document "workspace". Documents you upload here can be shared on a per-document basis.

I know it is possible to share only documents (and not the whole workspace). Already done this successfully. But every time I'd like to share a document I am searching, searching searching where and how I can do that ...

e.g. If there is an open workspace containing some documents. Each document has a CheckBox to select it. But no offer to share the selected document(s). If I open a document there is a Share button but this button only offers "Share workspace", "Share screen" ...

Where can I share one document? Maybe the way how to share document(s) can be improved in the future...

If I understood correctly, you scenarios is that you are working on certain documents and decide to share a couple of them with some people. The best way to do "batch" sharing is to do it through a workspace.

So if your have doc1, doc2 and doc3 on WorkspaceA and you decide to share only doc1 and doc2 with me, you can't 'check' those 2 documents and share them. You would have to share all of workspaceA with me.

 That being said, we are looking into improving the sharing experience in future releases, so this feedback is very important for us.

As you can see in the screen-shot it is possible to share only some files within a workspace:

The problem is that the "Share document" is not always available when selecting one (word) document.

For some reason I can't see the screenshot. Can you send it roni_burd@hotmail.com ?

1. This is the "Documents" workspace. Correct? (I'm assuming this is the 'first' workspace of your list and it is the one selected)
2. If this is the Documents workspace, you should be able to share that document you are showing me in the picture. This is a bug and I will look into it.
3. If this is not the "Documents" workspace, then you should not be able to share a document. Only the entire workspace can be shared and the functionality is kind of expected.

1. Yes, absolutely correct (it is the "Documents" workspace and it is the 'first' workspace in my list and it is the selected one)
2. Yes, I am able to share that document. Why is this a bug? It seems that the "Documents" workspace is the one and only workspace which is able to share on document level. This is very useful. I'd like to have this feature also in my other workspaces (+ share on workspace level of course)

By number 2 being a bug I meant that you should be able to share the document. And you are correct, the documents workspace is a "special" workspace.
