I'm an avid fan/user of OLW!!  From using OLW and reading the online forum posts, I am wondering about two things

1. Is there a timeframe (date, quarter, or year) when an updated version is being planned.

2. Is there a list of enhancements being prioritized that I can vote on?

Regarding #2, here is my quick list of enhancements, with my priority.

- (high) ability to create sub-folders

- (high) able to preserve your "sort"  

- ability to "move" files in SHARED workspaces, if you have "editor" privilages

- (high) ability to backup the workspace; or allow for you to "open" the workspace in your file explorer

- show your space usuage

- increase space allocation

 I really enjoy workspace live as well.  However, I have two very helpful suggestions for the groups who would like to use it.

 1.  Expand document types:  Currently office documents are well supported, but media files are not...however they are frequently used in education, distance learning, and company training.

• Expansion to audio files (mp3) would allow people to post presentations (either in work, or of ideas) to be commented on.  While these files can be posted today, the group playback interface is too clumsy for most group users to download the file and play instead of an appropriate meta-link.   
• Expansion to video files  would allow people to present ideas quickly via webcam and upload and get  feedback at the other group members convenience.

2.  Attach threaded discussions around file uploads:  Currently, files are listed as uploaded, and discussions can be created separately, or embedded in a word like document...however, frequently, users don't want the mess of changes in the document but simply want to interact about the document, audio, or video file in a threaded forum like discussion. 

• Threaded discussion grouped around a document would allow for immediate and easy idea development and group interaction over concepts.  Many users prefer to leave a couple quick comments or concepts on a threaded discussion rather than opening seperate clumsy interfaces to attempt to deal with a simple sentence or two.

I want to especially second the call to preserve a sort order, or to have sort options, either alphabetical or post time. These are very helpful, especially in walking participants through a process (i.e. "Read this First, Read this next, etc.).

Also, the ability to clear the Activity Pane would be nice. Having the early activity on a site persist well into a project can be annoying when you want to quickly track activity. Perhaps ways to display activity similar to Outlook tasks, such as "last seven days" or "today" or something like that.

this service is very nice, and it has GREAT potential with a few simple (?) fixes/additions.
