Each page of printed dictionaries has the first and the last headword of the page displayed  on the header of this page. Now if the dictionary is edited in Word, then the position of one headword being the first or the last one of the page may be changing. In this case if I must change the header manually, then this must be done for all pages from this place onwards, which is quite frustrating. Is there any way how I can do this better in Word, or perhaps in some other program? Please help.
