Hi, It sounds like you have the Office Live Add-in already installed.A few questions: Do you have the latest version of add-in installed? Did these problems start after you have uptated your browser to IE8 Beta 2? Did you try clicking edit on a document to launch the Office Client when you are logged...

It looks like the add-in has been disabled in Excel. Try "Office Live does not appear in 2007 Office system programs" in our troubleshoot section http://office.microsoft.com/client/helppreview.aspx?AssetID=HA102257761033&ns=OFLV20&lcid=1033#7 I hope this will solve your problems. Przemyslaw

The Add-in is now bundled as part of the Office Live Update 1.,2, which also installs the necessary patches you need esp. if you have Vista and Office 2007 so thats all you need. Sorry to hear that the Office Live Update is failing to install for you. Which KB is not getting installed? Some of the forums...

Hi! I got the same problem on Vista x64. I have also Visual Studio 2008 installed. After I uninstalled the "Microsoft Visual Studio Web Authoring Component" I was able to install the Office Live Add-In.

Hi Jamie, The Office KB941637 hotfix package can be applied to Office 2007 RTM or SP1. Once done, you should be upgraded to 12.0.6300.5000 (SP1) with MSO (12.0.6300.5000). It appears that you applied this patch BEFORE upgrading to SP1. You then installed SP1 (which reverted the hotfix change to MSO BACK...

Hi Jamie, The 4th last line shows that the installation of Office KB941637 ended with an error code of 17031 - Invalid Baseline. This error occurs when people are using a beta or non-standard version of Office 2007. The package is designed to install only on official Office 2007 RTM or SP1 releases....
