It looks like the add-in has been disabled in Excel. Try "Office Live does not appear in 2007 Office system programs" in our troubleshoot section http://office.microsoft.com/client/helppreview.aspx?AssetID=HA102257761033&ns=OFLV20&lcid=1033#7 I hope this will solve your problems. Przemyslaw

The Add-in is now bundled as part of the Office Live Update 1.,2, which also installs the necessary patches you need esp. if you have Vista and Office 2007 so thats all you need. Sorry to hear that the Office Live Update is failing to install for you. Which KB is not getting installed? Some of the forums...

Unable to download add-in on laptop, while able to download on PC

I cannot download the add-in on my laptop with Windows Vista and Office 2007. I have succesfully downloaded the add-in on my PC with Windows XP and Office 2003. On both machines I have the same version of Norton Security. The browser I use is IE. What could be the problem?
