Actually, Microsoft has MANY sharing applications out there that are similar and parallel to Office Live. In addition to Live Mesh, there is Live Folder Share Beta, Sky Drive, SarePoint, Groove 2007 and even Windows Meeting Space. There are issues with all of these solutions. This might help you KRH! In regards to question number one. Microsoft Equipt is a new program launching around Mid-July 2008. Check these addresses out.
