When you log into a workspace, a list of group members and current visiting members should be displayed or made available. Add Horizontal Frame below the Workspace to display Pages thumbail and Bookmark preview for all Word documents.

Steve, here is one more thing we didn't discuss that might be an issue for you: file format. Is it possible that you created the document you wish to edit in Office 2007, the default format of which is a ".xlsx" file -- and then attempted to edit that default format file in an earlier version...

I couldn't agree more with John. We tried Google Docs, and in concept I really like it. In practice, it has a looooooonnng way to go. When I had the opportunity to setup a workspace here, I jumped on it; we've moved everything over from Google Docs, and with a couple of exceptions, I like this...
