Copying or exporting files from workspace to local computer

Other than opening each document on the desktop with the appropriate application and then saving it directly to the hard drive instead of the workspace, is there a way to copy or export a group of existing documents from the workspace to the local computer? Thanks,

At the top of the workspace there is a button called "Add Document" if you click on that you can add a PDF by selecting it from your local file system.

Save file from List page

Uploading some of Office's lesser document types in a workspace works fine. However, if there is no viewer then you have to click each file to be able to save the file to disk. I.E. Hi and welcome to OLW. You can't upload an entire folder, but you can upload multiple files. You would have to go to your folders, open them up and do Multifile upload. Can I upload entire folders to the workspace (versus documents)? Can files be edited in the workspace? Can I then print the files? Thanks all for answering these rather basic questions.

Very important: Provide "Remove/delete" files funtionality in the "What document you want to add?" dialog box. Otherwise, you will have to repeat the whole process again.
